Reservations Agents/Customer Services

Salary: OTE £21K

Location: North London, N2, England. We are a 2 minute walk from East Finchley tube station on the Northern Line

We are looking for Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, French and Spanish speaking Reservations Agents/Customer Services Advisors to liaise with clients over the phone and by email, selling our range of 70,000 worldwide hotels and handling a variety of administrative duties including cancellations and amendments to existing bookings, complaints, bookouts, credit card payments and all post-sales issues.

Candidates must have fluent English, possess an excellent telephone manner and written skills, and be prepared to do weekend and shift work.

Territory Managers/Business Development Managers/Account Managers to work from home in the following territories:

FRANCE (ideally Paris)
SPAIN (ideally Madrid)
SCANDINAVIA (ideally Gothenburg)
SWITZERLAND (ideally Zurich)
NETHERLANDS (ideally Amsterdam)

Salary: £25-30K depending on skills and experience

Territory Managers will report directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for:

  • The management, development and maximisation of revenue and opportunities within existing partnerships
  • The full life-cycle acquisition of new strategic partners through our B2B/B2C model from identifying leads through to pitching, contract negotiation and implementation
  • Conducting training and obtaining agent feedback
  • Carrying out ongoing analysis of key competitors, industry and business trends, and remaining fully aware of the company’s market place as well as market conditions at all times
  • Supporting the Management team in drafting and finalising yearly budgets and marketing plans

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous sales successes
  • Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must have sound online travel/ecommerce knowledge and experience
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must work well on his/her own as well as part of a team
  • Must be revenue/profit driven and have a sound commercial/financial understanding of the business
  • Must have fluent English, on both a spoken and written basis
  • Must be prepared to travel extensively throughout their territory as well as regularly to our London Office
  • Must be a car owner with a clean driving licence
