Territory Managers required for Scandinavia & Switzerland
Salary dependant on skills and experience
Territory Managers will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for:
- The management, development and maximisation of revenue and opportunities within existing partnerships
- The full life-cycle acquisition of new strategic partners through our B2B/B2C model from identifying leads through to pitching, contract negotiation and implementation
- Conducting training and obtaining agent feedback
- Carrying out ongoing analysis of key competitors, industry and business trends, and remaining fully aware of the company’s market place as well as market conditions at all times
- Supporting the Management team in drafting and finalising yearly budgets and marketing plans
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous sales successes
- Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Must have sound online travel/ecommerce knowledge and experience
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must work well on his/her own as well as part of a team
- Must be revenue/profit driven and have a sound commercial/financial understanding of the business
- Must have fluent English, on both a spoken and written basis
- Must be prepared to travel extensively throughout their territory as well as regularly to our London Office
- Must be a car owner with a clean driving licence
